At 11:18 p.m. tonight, a satellite will be sent into orbit for the first time to monitor Greenland and the Arctic.

The satellite is called Bifrost and will be launched into space on the back of a SpaceX rocket, writes Ritzau.

Bifrost is developed by the company Space Inventor, which started the project seven years ago.
