Iran should never acquire nuclear weapons
French President Emmanuel Macron announced on Saturday that the EU and Iran have agreed to implement talks on Iran’s nuclear program.
He wrote this on the social network X, after speaking on the phone with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.

Iran must never acquire nuclear weapons, and it is up to Iran to provide the right guarantees that the plans are peaceful, writes Macron.
He stresses that he is “convinced that there is a way to end the war”. Therefore, the negotiations between Iran and Europe must now be accelerated, the statement said.
