Fasting can provide several health benefits, including weight loss, blood sugar control, and protection against diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.

Studies have shown that fasting at the same time as resistance training can reduce several markers of inflammation.

Therefore, it may be helpful to recover from the side effects of inflammatory diseases. Chronic diseases of this type include: heart disease and gout.

Other animal studies show that fasting can also improve brain function, nerve synthesis and protect against neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

Fasting also appears to be able to increase levels of human growth hormone (HGH), an important protein hormone. Hoodies play a role in growth, metabolism, weight loss and muscle strength.

Everything means that if you stick to understanding, it gives a lot of good to both body and brain.

And it doesn’t matter that one of the side effects is to lose a few kilos.
