Paz has received two Michelin stars

A few weeks ago, the new restaurant of chef Poul Andrias Ziska opened in Torshavn. It is located in the city center.

Although such a short time has passed, Paz, as the restaurant is called, has already received two Michelin stars from the Michelin Guide.

They were awarded tonight in Odsherred, where the Michelin awards for Nordic restaurants took place.

The host explained why Paz received this award

How does that feel? asked the host Poul Andrias Ziska.

– Good. It’s good to be back! he replied

He said that there had been some pressure on him, now that they have just opened the restaurant, and that this is a new and different environment than what he is used to working in.

– I really didn’t expect this. But when you get an invitation to this, you naturally expect something, but I was not prepared for this at all, said Poul Andrias Ziska.
