Teistin sails one more trip to Suðuroy today – also takes passengers

Smyril is so drunk that people are left behind.

As we have written earlier this morning, Teistin has gone on a ferry trip to Suðuroy this morning. At the same time, there is not room for everyone who intends to go south to Smyril.

Teistin did not have passengers south this morning, because it took too long to process permission for it – and Teistin could not wait.

The intention was only that Teistin should sail one trip. But now it has been decided that he will sail one more trip today – and this time passengers will be allowed to join.

Teistin goes to Krambatangi now at 12.45, but then he goes south again at 16.30 – and north again at 20.

According to information from Strandferðslun, Teistin can accommodate 260 tourists.

Teisin is a much smaller ship than Smyril, but today the best chances of sailing, light wind, only seven meters per second westwards, so it is like on the floor to sail.
