The Decree on Wages Under Education has now been published and contains provisions on how the system of wages under education will work.
The system includes the training for health workers, nurses and educational assistants. The Decree contains provisions on a training agreement between the employer and the employee undergoing training, and how the wage compensation shall be administered. In order to be covered by the scheme of salary during training, it is necessary to have a training contract, in addition to being admitted to one of the programs at the National School of Health.
The Decree stipulates a probationary period of 4 months, during which the employer may terminate the training contract, while the employee may terminate the training contract at any time. After the probationary period, the employer may not terminate the training contract without further ado.
