Now approaching Voxbotn 2025 will be launched at Tjarnir.
The manager of the Great Hall at Tjarnir, Regin Dalsgaard, tells Dimmalætting that when he received the inquiry about the possibility of housing Voxbotn, he did not hesitate.
– This is a good opportunity to try this hall, which seats 4,700 people. The organizers have built two stages, so the conditions for giving concerts are fantastic, says Regin Dalsgaard.
Faroese can expect a bang when The Minds of 99 come on stage at 19.00. The Minds of 99 is the only band that has managed to fill the park twice in a row, and as late as Thursday they played an excellent concert at the big festival Tinderbox in Odense.
The band is so big that it would not have worked on the small stage in Vágsbotn, but now that the concert will be moved, the Faroese can get an experience for life.
Hálvdan Hálvdansen from Voxbotn Entertainment says that now that the weather was as it was, they are glad that the event could be at Tjarnir. The cooperation with those in charge of the hall has been excellent, and they have in a short time stacked the hood on the bones.
Hálvdan Hálvdansen adds that he hopes that people will have a good experience, and urges them to arrive in good time, to avoid queues.
