A man reportedly drove his moped down the dike on an ill-fated evening. Witnessing the troubling scene, a passerby promptly contacted emergency services at 6:40 PM.
Upon the arrival of rescue teams, they found the man unconscious.
“They managed to revive him on the scene before he was airlifted by ambulance helicopter,” noted Math Thörn, the on-duty police officer.
