Truckerfestival Rolls into Hafnarfjörður
This weekend, Eystarubryggja in Hafnarfjörður transforms into a bustling hub for truck enthusiasts, as the much-anticipated Truckerfestival takes place. Over the next two days, visitors can expect to find a stunning array of trucks, work machines, and other vehicles gathered for an event that has been steadily growing in popularity.
Leifi Eliasen, the festival organizer, notes an encouraging trend: “Each year, we see an increase in the number of participants, and this year is no exception. We anticipate even more visitors.”
Among the festival’s attractions are lively races featuring bivalves, where spectators will have the chance to cast their votes for their favorite competitors—a quirky highlight that promises to engage everyone.
The essence of the Truckerfestival lies in its mission: to create a welcoming atmosphere for families and friends, allowing them to explore a diverse range of trucks, machines, and cranes at no cost. While attendees enjoy the sights, participants pay an entry fee to showcase their vehicles.
Stay tuned for updates and enjoy the festival atmosphere!
